Uncle Jay Cat Sits tailors care for each home one or two daily trips based on the cat's needs.

Payment is due in full at the first scheduled visit, which includes a 10.25% sales tax. Keys not left on file with the office will incur a $27.60 charge per exchange.

The services include feeding, litter box maintenance, mail collection, watering indoor plants, and security/property check, with messages and photos provided after each visit through a private app.

Each visit costs $35.00 for the first 30 minutes, with an additional $1.00 charge for each minute afterward. For cats needing medical care is $55 per visit; our sitters are equipped to provide subcutaneous fluid therapy and administer pills, injections, and breathing treatments.

Last minute/return delays are $45.00 per visit. The start and length of visits will be based on the daily schedule.

A holiday surcharge of $12.00 per visit applies to the following: Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend (Sat-Mon), Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day weekend (Sat-Mon), Indigenous People's Day, Veterans Day weekend, Thanksgiving (Thurs-Sat), Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve and Day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit, except during peak holiday periods when cancellations must be made at least seven days in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first scheduled visit during holiday periods are subject to a full charge.

No credits will be given for visits unused due client's early return home due to inclement weather or flight cancellation.
